At EIKO-SAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of receipt. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
What CAN Be Returned (Refundable Items)
- Regular-priced items purchased at full price
- Items in original condition with all tags and labels attached
- Unworn, unwashed items free from stains, odors, or damage
- Return Window: 7 days from the date of receiving your order
What CANNOT Be Returned (Non-Refundable Items)
- Sale items (discounted merchandise)
- Final Sale items (clearly marked as final sale at time of purchase)
- Items without original tags and labels
- Gift vouchers
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exception: We cover shipping for defective or damaged items
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
International Returns:
- For customers outside Tonga:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Any customs duties are your responsibility
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item
